Not working

I been using this app for many years. But its not working properly lately. It doesnt let me go out, it doesnt let me add another account. I have all the features unlocked. It keeps freezing. Please fix the issues. I love the app. Thank you. Please fix issues. I got charged like 20-25 times the 2.99 for the year, Im extremely mad please help!!!!
