The app is ok but there are way too many micro transactions that kinda make it less of a free app

I bought the $1.99 for adding an extra account and it DOESNT WORK. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it... Doesnt work. When I tried contacting them, the contact link was invalid. Seems like a scam...
